1. 11 AM – 11:15 AM – Stop DVAlert services (There are three, DVAlert, DVAlert Market, DVAlert MOMLN)

2. Open each manager, click the stop button, wait for clear
   
3. Open services, stop each dvalert and set to Manual restart
   
4. Email to installs@datavisiontech.com that MOBI Cloud ready for patching.
   
5. Logout
   
2. When Rackspace emails that they have completed the process
   
1. Login
   
2. Run syscheck to verify cubes are up and running.
   
3. Open services, set all three dvalerts to Automatic (Delayed)
   
4. Start all three dvalerts
   
5. Wait 15 minutes – during wait,
   

                                               i.      Login to RDS Server

1. Open a report
   
2. Alt-F9
   
3. Verify everything working
   

                                             ii.      Login to Apps server

                                          iii.      Login to OLAP (sandbox) server

1. Mark a small import to reload (I suggest PMS Vacancy), Verifying the import loaded a second time
   
2. Open an SSRS report
   
3. Email installs@datavisiontech.com that MOBI Cloud patching is complete and tested.
